Easy Bread Quiche

 Quiche is one of my favorite breakfast ^^, but if I have to make pastry just because I want to eat quiche it will be too much, haha.




As, there are many ways to make quiche without bothering mixing or rolling the pastry. You can omit it and have crustless quiche, or follow this recipe by using sandwich bread as a crust instead. 
It's easy (and a load quicker) to use bread because all you have to do is rolling it until it flatten, and line it in the pan so it's suitable for breakfast too. For the topping, you can create your own style of mixing different kinds of ingredients that you like into this little pan, hehe. 
Have it when it's still warm from the oven or you can let it cool and enjoy creamy texture of the quiche, I think  you will love it both way ^^.

 Easy Bread Quiche
Makes 1 (19.5 x 13.5 cm pan (450ml capacity))


2 pieces ........................... Sandwich bread

Filling
1 ...................................... Egg
100g ................................ Milk
100g ................................ Whipping cream
1tbsp ............................... Parmesan cheese (grated) 
......................................... Pinch of thyme
.......................................... Salt and pepper, to taste

Topping
.......................................... Ham, Cherry tomatoes, Mushrooms, leek or onion
.......................................... Pizza cheese






Preheat an oven to 180C.


Butter 19.5 x 13.5 cm pan (or 450ml capacity pan), and set aside.

 Roll to flatten the sandwich bread.


 Until quite thin.


 Line the bread in the prepared pan.


 Put egg, whipping cream, milk, parmesan cheese, thyme, salt and pepper into a bowl.


 Whisk to combine.


 Sprinkle pizza cheese over the bread, and place the topping over the cheese.


 Pour the egg mixture into the pan.


 Sprinkle pizza cheese over the top.


 Bake in preheat oven for 25-30 minutes.


Serve warm and enjoy!
