Quiche with Oat and sun flower crust
After 10 days of Hokkaido trip, I came back to my daily life again, ^^.
I had a great time, and I will (try my best, hehe) to write about it and hope you will fall in love with Hokkaido too. But before talking about the trip, we need something to eat.
This quiche is not your ordinary one, because it made with oat and sun flower seeds, so it packed with flavor and chewiness.
The easiness comes from the fact that you don't have to make pastry at all! Just toast the oat meal and process it with other ingredients, and you get delicious crust for your quiche. For the sun flower part, you can use other kinds of nut if you want.
As it use Greek yogurt to replace some cream I think (or I believe, ^^), it's healthier than traditional quiche, and the slightly tanginess make it more delicious too.
