Maple Cookies
One of my favorite moment of each day, is when I reading cookbook and let my imagination run wild.
This kind of cookie will be very soft after removing from the oven, it needs to be cool completely on the baking sheet, as it will become firm when cool. So, have ready 2-3 baking sheets (depend on the size of the baking sheet and oven), and be patient, you will get beautiful and delicious cookies.

Thinking about what it will be like, or what kind of the twist that I want to make on each recipe. And many times, imagination is better than reality, haha, esp. when I'm trying to create a recipe according to my idea -*-. As I said before that baking is a science, each ingredient react to other ingredients, it's not easy to adjust only one part of the recipe and get the best result. And I love that it's not easy. Some of the recipes that I post in this blog needed more than 3-4 times of testing before I got the right recipe.
This time, I want to make thin and soft maple cookie ^^, well, as I want to use maple syrup that is easier to find than maple sugar, it's not easy to use a lot of liquid in cookie recipe. I ended up making it 3 times until I got soft, thin and fragrance maple cookie!!!This kind of cookie will be very soft after removing from the oven, it needs to be cool completely on the baking sheet, as it will become firm when cool.
