Condensed milk Banana Cake
One of my family favourite cake, and I will never have too many recipe of it.
Banana cake is easy to make, and it's delicious! Only thing that you need to be sure before starting is the banana has to be ripe ^^. Ripe banana will make the cake sweet and delicious with less sugar. This recipe is foolproof banana cake, you don't have to worry about any thing, just put all of the ingredients into the bowl, beat (and mix) them together, easy?
I know that I use the word "Easy" too much on my blog, haha, but baking at home for me means happiness and relaxing rather than showing off. You can go wild from time to time but don't forget the reason why you started baking and cooking. Recipe: Condensed milk Banana Cake

75g ......................... Cake flour
1tsp ........................ Baking powder
................................ Pinch of Salt
60g ......................... Unsalted butter
60g ......................... Sweetened condensed milk
1 ............................. Ripe Banana
1 ............................. Egg
1/2tsp ...................... Vanilla extract
................................ Ripe Banana for placing over the cake
Preheat an oven to 180C
Line 6 muffin cup with baking paper cups.
Sift the flour, salt and baking powder together, set aside.
Beat the butter until soft, pour the sweetened condensed milk into the bowl and beat until combine.
Put the banana into the bowl and beat to combine.
Put the egg and vanilla into the bowl, and beat to combine.
Pour the sifted flour mixture into the bowl.
Fold to combine.
Put into prepared cups, and place a piece of banana on top of each cup.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top of the cake spring back when touch lightly.
