Cream Biscuits: My simply recipe
You can never have too much of something you like ^^.
For me there are many, many things that I like: cookbooks, light novels, blu ray, games, load of cooking and baking equipments and recipes! Esp. something that I love to eat. My family really love scones and biscuits (well, there are almost twin, and if you ask me it's not easy to tell the different ^^"). This recipe is my all time favorite cream biscuit that so straightforward, with only 5 main ingredients. As one recipe comes with endless possibility, the best thing about cooking or baking by yourself is you can make it the way you want! You can make less sweet cream biscuit by reduce the amount of the sugar, and serve it with fried chicken (classic American southern style), or change the type of the flour to make fluffier and lighter biscuit.
After 10 years of blog writing, I really enjoy making blog and video ^^, but I will try to make my video slower, haha, as I think that we don't need to rush when we do something that we love. Recipe: Cream Biscuits

260 g ...................... All purpose flour
2 tbsp ..................... Granulated sugar
1 tbsp ..................... Baking powder
1/2 tsp .................... Salt
280 ml .................... Whipping cream
................................ Whipping cream, for brushing the biscuits
................................ Light brown sugar, for sprinkle over the biscuits (optional)
Preheat an oven to 220℃
Line baking sheet with baking paper or Silpat.
Put flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a bowl, whisk to combine.
Pour the whipping cream into the bowl.
Stir to moisten.
And press together to form a dough.
Remove the dough from the bowl, and press lightly.
Fold 6-8 times.
Until the top is smooth.
Cut with 5.5 cm cutter, gather the rest of the dough, press and recut until use all of the dough.
Brush the top with whipping cream and sprinkle with light brown sugar (optional).
Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with anything you like, and enjoy!!!!
