The Easiest Cocoa brownies
I'm still dreaming of chocolate, may be I should make only chocolate related menu in February.
There are so many, many kinds of chocolate recipe that I want to try, one of them is chocolate pork stew, ^^ or a full dinner course of all chocolate dishes, haha, sound good right? But before that, something easy is the best. Well, I have too many hobby, and one of them is reading light novel, hehe, so I need something to eat while reading (and yes, easy sweet that uses only a bit of my time). And this brownie is the one. No need to melt chocolate and butter, just put all the ingredients into a bowl, and whisk to combine, then sprinkle the top with your favourite chocolate (or just chocolate chips), nut or dried fruit, depend on how you want your brownie to be.
The only thing that you have to remember when making brownie is the baking time, I think it's very hard to tell you the exact time, as it depends on the texture that you like, bake more for drier, and bake less for fudgey.
As this brownie is too easy for grown up, haha, you can let the kid make it for you too.
