Thin and flourless peanut butter cookies
This cookie is for peanut butter lover ^^, because it's the peanut butter in portable form, hehe.
I know that there are many peanut butter cookie recipe in my blog, but this one is different (well each of them are different too, haha). For the people who love to eat the peanut butter from a jar, this cookie is the best answer.
Because the key ingredients are only 3 things: peanut butter (the most important), sugar and egg! But you can add vanilla, sprinkle salt over the cookie for salty delicious taste or you can put chopped peanut into the dough to make it more chunky. Don't worry if the cookie seen very soft after taking out of the oven, as it will firm up when cool.
Looking back to the year of 2017, there are many things that I didn't have a chance to do, but it's one of happy years for me, and I hope it's the same for you too. Live your life and don't fell sorry for anything that passed!
Recipe: Thin and Flourless peanut butter cookies

130g .............................. Chunky peanut butter
1/2tsp ............................ Vanilla extract
90g ................................ Granulated sugar
1 .................................... Small egg (about 50g)
Preheat an oven to 180C
Line baking sheet with baking paper or Silpat.
Beat the peanut butter with vanilla until soften.
Add the sugar gradually and beat until fully combine.
Add the egg.
Beat until fully combine.
Scoop onto the prepared baking sheet, press lightly with a fork.
Sprinkle the salt over the cookies.
Bake in the preheated oven for 14-16 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let them cool completely (the cookie will set when cool).
