Fried Shrimp with tartar sauce
One kind of food that I can't stop eating is fried food, haha.
Crunchy, and lightly salty, it's hard to keep your hand out of them ^^. Esp. when it's homemade, as you can be sure that you use the best quality oil and ingredient.
This time, it's fried shrimp and delicious tartar sauce, the bread crumb is mixed with Parmesan cheese and parsley to make it more tasty. Deep frying food is not hard to do, the first thing is don't be afraid of the oil, you need a lot of oil to make the food crunchy, and when putting food into the pan, don't throw it, slowly drop it will prevent the oil to splash.
Anyway, when I started cooking, deep frying was high level cooking (in my opinion, haha), and the only way to master it is keep frying, may be it's the reason why I love fried food, I have to practice.
Tartar sauce is one of very easy sauce that you can make and it goes very well with fried food, you can use salad cream if it's the only thing that you have in the fridge, but the sauce will be sweeter (it's delicious too).
