Mixed root chips Fudge brownie
Salty chips and sweet fudge brownie can become good friends ^^.
Actually if you have try chocolate coated potato chips before you will understand. You can use other kinds to play with, potato chips, pretzel are good choices too. I use Mixed root chips as it's delicious and have different color (and taste), so I can play more with my brownie.
This Fudge brownie recipe is one of the best recipe (in my opinion, hehe), as you can use your favorite chocolate without going out to buy unsweetened one. This time I use 57% dark chocolate, this one is not too bitter or having unique taste (or you can say, it's a simple chocolate taste ^^), as it can go well with many flavour. But it's your brownie, go on with experiment and enjoy because if you like the chocolate that you use, it will be delicious anyway.
When baking brownie, it's up to your taste, you can underbake it and enjoy the gooey texture of the brownie, but I rarely suggest overbake it unless you want dry brownie.
