WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA COOKIES: ホワイトチョコマカダミアクッキー
Yesterday I was very hungry ^^, well not for the food but for this cookie.
Nutty and sweet, it's one of the most additive cookies. The best thing is it's very easy to make. You don't need any special equipment for making cookie, starting by soft butter, you can beat it with hand mixer (easy and quick), whisk or even a spoon!
The most important thing is you need to choose the most delicious white chocolate for your cookie. There are so many brands to choose from, I don't say that you need to buy the most expensive brand but taste it and find the one that you love is more important ^^. Mine is come in small pieces so I can use it instead of white chocolate chips, but if your chocolate comes in bar, chop it before using.
You can custom the texture of your cookie by baking time too, if you want it to be very soft use the shortest baking time, but longer the cookie will be firmer.

135g ............................. Unsalted butter, soft
1/2tsp ............................ Salt
80g ................................ Brown sugar
70g ................................. Granulated sugar
1/2tsp ............................. Vanilla extract
1 ..................................... Egg
190g ............................... All purpose flour
1/2tsp ............................. Baking soda
100g ............................... Macadamia nuts, chopped
65g ................................. White chocolate (chopped if large)
Preheat an oven to 180C.
Line baking sheet with baking paper or Silpat.
Beat the butter with salt until combine.
Pour both of the sugar into the bowl.
Beat to combine.
Pour vanilla extract and egg into the bowl.
Beat to combine.
Sift the flour, and baking soda into the bowl.
Pour the white chocolate and macadamia nuts into the bowl.
Mix to combine.
Scoop into the prepared baking sheet, press lightly with fork.
Bake for 13-15 minutes.
Let the cookies cool one the baking sheet.
